This site was created in order to help thousands of foreign medical
doctors successfully pass the USMLE step1 and step2 exams, the CSA and
TOEFL tests and to assist them in finding residency positions in the
United States. The biggest problem which foreign doctors face is a lack of
helpful information about ways to practice medicine in the US. Passing the
USMLE and receiving the ECFMG certificate is not enough to find a
residency position later. Also there are many other opportunities for
IMG's to find a medical career in United States.
