About Me Hi my name is Rachel Mertens. I'm guessing most of you already know that. I am 15 years old. I live in Texas. I have 3 sisters: Becky, Danielle, and Emily; and 1 brother: Alex. I go to Hays High School. I am a freshman about to be a sophmore. I can't wait. I am single at the moment. And I guess that's about all I can really say about me. Glen Rose trip with First Baptist Church of Buda Recently I went on a trip with First Baptist Church. We went to Glen Rose, Texas to visit the Creatioin Museum. We spent the night at a hotel. The Creation Museum was a lot of fun it explained the creation of the world in a certain mans point of view. Also at the museum they had two huge pyrannas that were living off a some type of electromagnetic energy and had been tripled the size of a regular pyranna their age. The had some different bones and fossils there also. After that we went to Dinosaur Valley State Park. There on the banks of the river they had dinosaur tracks. They had closed off the area so I got some pictures of those to. It was really fun to go and look at all this stuff. Of course on our way out they had two lifesize dinosaurs.
