If you are looking for a church home then Springs of Refreshing may be the place you are looking for. We are a growing church pastoured by Elder Johnny C. Carrington, Sr. Elder Carrington is a man who has been in the ministry for more than three decades bringing people to the foot of the cross. The love of Christ is exemplified as the unadulterated Word of God is presented with all boldness.
There are several ministries in place at "The Springs". The ministries include "Covenant Keepers", the monthly marriage seminar hosted by the pastour and "Building Up The Inner Man"", a Bible study course. The ministries are designed to strengthen men (women inclusive) as they go out into the world.
Springs of Refershing is a Bible-based church that relies on the authority of God's Word for the good of all. We are located at 1932 Gwynn Oak Avenue in Woodlawn, MD just below the Social Security Complex. Part of our mission is to reach all people irrespective of skin colour, backgound or past issues. Our location shows that by being in the middle of a diverse community. So, come one and come all as we grow toward the things of Christ.
