Welcome to WINNERS-ON-WHEELS, a group similar to scouting,yet designed specificaly for youth who use wheelchairs. This organization in Nation-Wide, and growing. The Oregon Circle was among the first established and the longest running. The "Winners" (kids) have a chance to compete with others who face similar challenges, and to build friendships that last a lifetime.
There is a $25 fee to register for WOW, which covers the uniform shirt, equipment, badges, and wheelchair
backpack, for starters!

Please note.. kids who cannot make it to a meeting site because of distance or transport, look into what is called 'WOW KIDS CLUB." It is a chance for the kids to earn badges online, while accomplishing the required tasks.
