WWF News: Tazz, Mark Henry, Survivor Series, Mick Foley
- Tazz is expected back in the WWF lineup towards the end of this month. His recovery from bicep surgery went extremely well and the WWF is even more happy that he has has kept himself in good physical shape while sidelined. In the summer months, Tazz will be pushed semi-heavily with a good chance that he will turn heel.
- As it stands right now, the WWF is planning on bringing Mark Henry back to the "big leagues" later this year, perhaps as early as August or September. Although he has kept himself relatively injury-free over the past couple months, the WWF is still pushing Mark to drop below 400lbs and get in better wrestling shape before they show any sort of committment or advancement towards his character.
- Survivor Series 2000 will almost surely NOT be held in Toronto, Canada's Air Canada Center as first speculated. The first event at the ACC is said to occur in October with tickets going on sale early in September. Most likely the event will just be a glorified house show. As for Survivor Series, the odds-on-favorite is the Ice Palace venue in Tampa, Florida.
- Mick Foley will be back on TV in July or August but will not be wrestling. Instead he will be given a non-wrestling role that still requires him to make consistent appearances on RAW or Smackdown with the commissioner's position being the most credible rumor going around. Although he is officially retired, there are some rumblings that Foley still has a couple matches left in him, possibly at next year's Wrestlemania, an event in which the WWF aims to break the indoor events record.
